Hi, I’m Sonia, your healthcare advocate behind Lighthouse Concierge Care.  For over 8 years, I’ve worked as a nurse case manager, helping people navigate some of the most challenging parts of their healthcare journey.

What I’ve seen time and again is how overwhelming it can feel to manage appointments, find specialists who actually take your insurance, navigate insurance coverage questions, understand medications, or even make sense of discharge instructions, especially without the right support. That’s why I founded Lighthouse Concierge Care: to provide our community with compassionate guidance, clear answers, and a strong advocate to support them every step of the way.

I also understand the challenges many adult children face when they want the best for their aging parents but can’t always be there to handle the details of their care. Lighthouse Concierge Care steps in to provide that trusted support, so families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are guided, protected, and cared for.

My goal is simple: to make healthcare more personalized and less overwhelming — freeing you and your loved ones up to focus on enjoying life together, rather than getting caught up in the details of care.
