Booking Policy

This Booking Policy outlines the rules and procedures for scheduling appointments and services through Lighthouse Concierge Care. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Appointment Scheduling

  • Appointments can be scheduled online through the member portal or by contacting Lighthouse Concierge Care directly.

  • All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact information to receive booking confirmations and reminders.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled in accordance with the timelines specified at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to fees or loss of payment as outlined in the Refund & Returns Policy.

3. Service Packages & Retainers

  • Services booked as part of a retainer or package must follow the scheduling terms outlined in your signed service agreement.

  • Unused appointments within a package may be rescheduled at the discretion of Lighthouse Concierge Care but are generally non-refundable.

4. Confirmation & Reminders

  • You will receive confirmation and reminder emails or messages for all booked appointments.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you receive these communications and attend at the scheduled time.

5. Changes to Booking Policy

  • Lighthouse Concierge Care reserves the right to update this Booking Policy at any time.

  • Updated policies will be posted on the website with the “Last Updated” date.
