This Booking Policy outlines the rules and procedures for scheduling appointments and services through Lighthouse Concierge Care. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled online through the member portal or by contacting Lighthouse Concierge Care directly.

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information to receive booking confirmations and reminders.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled in accordance with the timelines specified at the time of booking.

Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe may be rescheduled without penalty.

No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to fees or loss of payment as outlined in the Refund & Returns Policy.
3. Service Packages & Retainers

Services booked as part of a retainer or package must follow the scheduling terms outlined in your signed service agreement.

Unused appointments within a package may be rescheduled at the discretion of Lighthouse Concierge Care but are generally non-refundable.
4. Confirmation & Reminders

You will receive confirmation and reminder emails or messages for all booked appointments.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you receive these communications and attend at the scheduled time.
5. Changes to Booking Policy

Lighthouse Concierge Care reserves the right to update this Booking Policy at any time.

Updated policies will be posted on the website with the “Last Updated” date.
