Refund & Returns Policy

This policy governs refunds for services and products purchased through Lighthouse Concierge Care.

1. Services

Due to the customized and time-based nature of concierge healthcare advocacy services:

  • Completed services are non-refundable.

  • Appointments canceled in accordance with the Booking Policy may be rescheduled but are not eligible for cash refunds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Retainer or package fees are governed by the terms outlined in your signed service agreement.

  • If a service has not yet been delivered and a cancellation request is made in accordance with policy, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Lighthouse Concierge Care.

2. Digital Products

All digital products, guides, downloads, educational materials, and online resources are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical products are offered:

  • Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated:

  • Services may be suspended during investigation.

  • We reserve the right to provide transaction documentation to our payment processor to resolve the dispute.

5. Exceptions

Refunds outside of this policy may be granted at the sole discretion of Lighthouse Concierge Care in exceptional circumstances.
