Member Account & Portal Policy

This Member Account & Portal Policy governs the creation and use of member profiles on the Lighthouse Concierge Care website. By creating an account, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Account Creation

Members may create a secure account by providing:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Username and password

  • Other requested profile information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

  • Not share your username or password

  • Notify Lighthouse Concierge Care immediately of any unauthorized access

  • Use strong, unique passwords

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised login credentials.

3. Health Information & Uploaded Content

Through your member account, you may submit:

  • Health-related information

  • Medical history

  • Provider information

  • Insurance details

  • Uploaded documents (including medical records)

You acknowledge that:

  • Information submitted may include sensitive personal and health information

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided

  • Uploading information does not establish a medical provider–patient relationship

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect stored information; however, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the portal

Lighthouse Concierge Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

5. Data Retention

Information submitted through your member account may be retained as necessary to:

  • Provide services

  • Maintain business records

  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

You may request account deactivation by contacting us.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate member accounts for:

  • Violation of policies

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Repeated payment failures

  • Misuse of services

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighthouse Concierge Care is not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from factors outside of our reasonable control.
