Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment Strategic Care Partnership is a membership service billed at $795 per month with a required 3-month commitment. The first monthly payment is due at the time of booking and confirms enrollment in the program. By booking this service, clients agree to the 3-month membership commitment. Membership Term The Strategic Care Partnership is designed as a structured engagement that allows time to develop a care roadmap, coordinate providers, and provide consistent RN guidance. Because the program is intended to support care over time, membership cannot be cancelled during the initial 3-month commitment period. After the initial 3-month term, membership may continue on a month-to-month basis and may be discontinued with written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation After Initial Term Clients may cancel membership after the first three months by providing written notice before the next monthly billing date. Refund Policy Due to the nature of healthcare advocacy and care coordination services, membership fees are non-refundable once services have begun. Rescheduling Sessions Scheduled strategy sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice when possible. Emergency Situations Strategic Care Partnership does not provide emergency medical services.
